is this an objective or subjective list? based on what you watched or read so far? Based on a series or based on a movie.. based on criteria like continuity, story or character development, CGI, music, non-dubbed version, longevity, fan-base or what?.. How about these popular tities like:

Series
Inuyasha, Prince of Tennis, Bleach, Monster, Ghost In a Shell, etc etc

(a bit of nostalgia here.. Transformers, M*A*S*K, Macross.. though you would more often call the first 2 cartoons rather than anime..

Movies
Princess Momoko, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle
(ok.. so i'm biased here..)

btw your list above all gets my vote except for FLCL(???), Grave of Firefiles and Trigun which I have not heard before... I hope the Final Fantasy series was for stuff like Advent Children and not the Final Fantasy movie flop..
