The late 1960s welcomed the arrival of Lupin the Third to be sure that the comic crime noir department was covered. Lupin is a globe-trotting thief who’s wanted worldwide. International intrigue, lovely ladies, and a relentless inspector make for countless laughs during a constant getaway. As for its style, Austin Powers surely snagged a move or two from old Lupin.
